CASE the Mini Catalogue meets Textured Notes
UPDATED
Hello, Welcome to Valley Inspirations with Andrea and #506 Challenge with CASEing the Catty.
I am so glad you have dropped by. You may have come from Rebecca Scurr, as you take this week’s Blog Hop or perhaps arrived directly here; either way I am delighted you are here. At the end of my blog, I have linked to Rochelle Laird-Smith so you can continue with the Blog Hop.
At CASEing the Catty we love to use the samples from the @Stampin'Up!official Catalogues and On-Line projects as inspiration and each week we have a different theme to guide our CASEing. To CASE is to "Copy And Selectively Edit" or some say "Copy And Share Everything".
This week we are CASE-ing our favourite project from the 2025 Stampin' Up! January-April Mini Catalogue.
I couldn’t choose a favourite project as there is so much inspiration in this Mini Catalogue, so I ended up choosing 2 projects in the Wildflower Birthday Suite section of the catalogue, one in the top right-hand corner of page 42 …
Here is my card -
I love the Textured Notes bundle and the Woven Textures Designer Series Paper so have used these wonderful products to CASE the card and inside layouts on pages 42 and 44 of the Mini Catalogue.
I stamped the gorgeous distinktive stamps in the Textured Notes stamp set in Mossy Meadows and Wild Wheat Classic inks.
Here is a part finished inside of the card. How do you think it will be finished???
I am wanting the card to be a birthday card for a male friend. The little panel on the left-hand side is only adhered on three sides so it can hold a gift card or a special message.
Here is the updated card inner:
Apart from adding more of the Textured Notes stamped images a number of pushed out pieces from the Wildflower Birthday Speciality Designer Series Paper were added to different panels.
The front panel of the small concertina fold had some beautiful balloons. The sentiment came from the Simply Said Stamp set (it is carrying over).
The centre panel was decorated with Textured Notes stamped images.
The bottom panel was decorated with another push out image from the Wildflower Birthday SDSP plus some Gold Foil die cut numbers from the Birthday Celebration dies (I hope I have the right year?). As you probably know by now, I also like to decorate an envelope to coordinate in some way. This time it is some leafy stamping.
Thank you so much for calling in on your way around the CASEing the Catty Challenge #517 Blog Hop.
Don’t miss any of the inspiration from this creative CASEing The Catty Crew. The next blog in the hop is by the wonderful Rochelle Laird-Smith. Just click on the "next" graphic below to be taken to her blog. I wonder which project she has CASEd - I am sure her project will be something special.
